Bachh Advisory was founded by Muneer M. Bachh, PE, CPC, to provide leaders with an experienced, objective perspective on complex capital projects, investments, and consequential business decisions.
Over more than 35 years, Muneer has led engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project controls, commercial management, organizational development, and corporate governance across owner, EPC/EPCM, and advisory environments. His career includes senior executive roles with Ambitech Engineering, Zachry Group, Owner Services Group, and UCC Environmental. He has built and led multi-office organizations, overseen complex industrial programs, supported owners and contractors through high-risk execution, and advised investors and legal teams on technically and commercially consequential matters.
Complex risks are rarely isolated or immediately visible. More often, they are obscured by organizational complexity, fragmented reporting, competing priorities, and commercial uncertainty. Independent judgment creates value by connecting those signals early enough for leadership to act.
